All of our ingredients are carefully chosen to bring an unsubstituted experience to our customers who can taste the quality in every bite.
Vincent is a highly skilled Neapolitan pizza chef with over a decade of experience perfecting his craft. He is passionate about dough-making and prides himself on using only the finest ingredients and never cutting corners. His commitment to quality and attention to detail are unmatched, resulting in a truly exceptional pizza experience.
Our simple menu allows for the highest possible control on quality. All of our flour is from Hayden Flour Mills using only local Sonora White Wheat. Our oils come from the Queen Creek Olive Mill, ensuring the farm-to-table taste that only authenticity can bring.
